Fantastic!
I went to see Dr. Thomas after being bounced around from various doctors & neurologists and she was able to isolate and treat my dystonia in 1` visit. She explained everything perfectly, answered all my questions, and was just wonderful to deal with. She treated me as though I were her only patient

Dr. Thomas is the most amazing physician I have ever approaches with neurologically-based movement issues. She is specific and precise while also connecting with very stressed people kindly. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Thomas for myself and have already recommended to someone else.

I was diagnosed by her with "Parkinsonisms" took meds for 4 years, she even upped the dosage. She said she was moving out of state to teach and referred another doctor. After he visiting with me (he never got my records from Dr. Thomas) he declared that I didn't have Parkinsonisms! I have been off of the meds since the first of the year and have no issues.

Dr. Thomas was rude and arrogant in her manner. Within 20 minutes, she made a diagnosis of my son without looking at medical records or test results. I have since taken my son to another specialist to get a 2nd opinion. It has been confirmed that Dr. Thomas misdiagnosed my son!

Dr. Thomas’s communication and organization skills are extremely poor. Moreover, those of her staff are much worse and turnover is high. Almost every appointment I have scheduled gets cancelled, usually because she is "on vacation," or magically becomes their "new patient day." Once, I drove to my appointment, only to find the office closed. This would be understandable if adequate notice was provided and phone calls returned. The last week of May, I received a message that my appt the following week was canceled, as she was "on vacation." Since then, I have called and left messages a total of 34 times, according to my call log on my phone. I have left a very clear voicemail every time. I received my first call back Monday, a full two months after I began calling to reschedule my appt. In addition to the ignorance of duties and dismissive position towards patients, they also “lost” the record of my last visit, for which I have a receipt and now refuse to refill my meds.

Dr. Thomas has a terrible bedside manner. She never returns phone calls or email, doesn't follow up with you when she changed meds and forces you to come in for an office visit to talk to her about even the smallest things. She is only interested in the money she gets from you as a person and is. unwilling to do anything to help you with insurance or disability. Although she is a knowledgeable clinician, she should never have regular patients.

At first she seemed genuinely caring and we had high hopes that she was the answer to a number of my wife's PD problems. However, after the second visit and her non-responsiveness and inaccessibility we began to realize that our initial assessment was inaccurate. As evidence, look at the office staff turnover, every time we went to the office there was new staff. Found another doctor.

My husband and I have called Dr. Thomas' office and her billing office numerous times to request a refund of 2 over-charged co-pays. We have actually talked to a couple of the staff members in her billing office, but the phone calls were initiated by us. We were told the info had been sent to Thomas' office and we were given a promise that someone would call us "that afternoon" or "tomorrow at the latest." We have not received a phone call in response to any of our calls nor a refund check.

It is going on 3 weeks now that I have asked for a call back about a medication question. After 2 weeks, I finally got to speak to an actual person and left another message requesting a call and expressing my concern about not having received any kind of follow up to my messages left. Even after being assured that I would receive a call back, I still have not. I don't know if it is a staff problem or a doctor problem but it is definitely a problem. Not happy with this situation.
