She listened carefully to history, taking notes and asking for clarification as needed. She allowed time for us to ask as many questions as we wanted and gave reasons for her recommendations on care. Her physical exam was as thorough as we expected from past contact with other providers over the years.
in Westville, NJ |
Very accommodating, easy to like and understand. Very pleased.
Phoenix, AZ |
Unprofessional environment. Dr. Dankwah brought her 3 year old child into the examining room with her. She was distracted telling her child to "stop it or to settle down" I wasn't sure if she was even paying any attention to me. She offered no apology for her child being there and I assume that this is common practice for her. Dr. Dankwah was also very short and abrupt and not someone I could have any kind of relationship with. I would not trust my health needs to her.
in Lake havasu city, Az |
Very professional and caring. Medication levels are finally where they should be after 3 other doctors over medicating me.
in Ft Collins, CO |
Incredibly rude office staff, especially Amy. Not very helpful, rude and quick to dismiss questions. Dr Dankwah-Quansah is also limited in diagnosis of Dementia, which requires a referral to another neurologist, wasting time and money.
in Lake Havasu |
She did not provide information to help, or inform me of my disease when I was diagnosed. My appointments were always rushed. So much in fact that she failed to go over my test results not once, but twice and I had to ask to look over them before she rushed out of the room. She provided no sympathy or knowledge of my diagnosis. What can I expect from a small town doctor.
