Knowledgeable, helpful, and with a great bedside manner. My entire family sees her - dad for skin cancer, niece for acne, and others for skin checks.

I changed doctors to Mrs. Strow last year and went in for an annual skin check. I asked her about a mole I felt looked strange. She took a brief look at it and told me it was fine. The next year for my annual skin check I scheduled it with my previous dermatologist to get a second opinion. They removed the mole and it came back as melanoma. Her negligence could have cost me dearly if I would not have questioned her judgement and got a second opinion. Use her at your own risk!!!

I wasn't impressed. I had to ask her to look for unusual moles on my back where I can't see them. Her asst. was very impersonal, never greeted me.

I had a visit with Dr. Strow in May 2017 and I was very unpleased with her clinics professionalism. I went there as a self pay patient because I knew she didn't take my insurance and I was desperate to get my face looked at by a professional dermatologist. Upon my arrival I waited in the waiting room longer than my actual visit. When I was finally called back to be looked at, Dr. Strow only spent a max of 5 mins talking to me. She didn't examine my face, touch my face or even get up close enough
