What People Say About Dr. M Badr, MD
Reply Flag
Dr. Badr is very nice, but getting prescription refills from him is a nightmare. When I would call to refill, even the office staff would say "oh no" after I named my practitioner (this happened multiple times). Each requested refill would take about 3 weeks to finally be submitted, with multiple calls to check the status (usually getting the response of "I'll email the doctor again" from the staff member answering the phone). Four years of being a patient there, and I ended up without medicine at least 5 times because the refill requests weren't submitted. Great bedside manner, but clearly little concern for patient's continued care.
