Accepting new patients

The treatment of heart problems has been my passion since early in training. I believe that being a Cardiologist is not simply a profession, but a calling. I have dedicated myself to the field with a commitment to stay current on advances in science and then looking for creative ways to apply that science to the individual patient. My father suffered from and eventually died of heart disease at an early age. As I child, I learned what it feels like be on the "other side." I bring that experience to the bedside when counseling patients. Read more

in Boise, ID |
Dr. Box is very thorough at explaining what is going on with your heart, and very patient in answering questions. I never felt like he was on a hurry or I was being rushed. He has a great personality that helps put you at ease. If you're looking for a cardiologist - Dr. Box is the best!
in Weiser, Idaho |
I was very happy when I met Dr. Box at West Valley Medical. He was the cardiologist there when I had my heart attack. Very personable southern gentleman. He listens to your concerns.
in Ontario, OR |
Took my concern into consideration but seemed to be in a hurry. When he was doing a test he focused more on an up coming invent and why he wasn't receiving calls on his phone then what was going on. Both office visits lasted less then 10 minutes.
