Very dissatisfied with office staff. Have not met Dr. Benzian therefore, she is not rated. Called for an urgent appointment for my wife explaining the nature of the urgency. There were no openings for almost 2 months and so I again explained the urgency and asked what she recommended. She said she was not a doctor and basically said take it or leave it to the appointment time she had offered. She almost seemed happy she couldn't help. Poor attitude and rude. Should be fired!!!

Completely Unprofessional: Dr. Benzian's office lost the punch biopsy samples that had been taken, Dr. Benzian blamed it on the lab but we called the lab and found that no samples had been received. Dr Benzian's staff were astonished by my husband's tall height and asked to take photos with him. Repeated the punch biopsies and Dr. Benzian stated that the test results indicated he had a never before documented medical condition. Wrong. We switched doctors and immediately got a correct diagnosis.
