I am a new patient of Dr. Austin. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Austin, his assistant & Dr. Conner were very attentive, listening to my injuries and concerns. Knowledgeable, kind, helpful and willing to listen to me explain issues. And took time to explain all options available for me personally for my issue. No pressure to do operation ASAP. Gave me options and told me to take time and when I am ready call back after consulting my medical doctors.

2nd rotator cuff surgery with Dr Austin. He is fabulous. Due to Covid, I was in the 1st day that his surgeries were canceled in NJ. As soon as PA opened, he was able to get me in. I have full range of motion from the 1st surgery. Confident I'll have the same results with this shoulder. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Austin
