This guy is the most unsympathetic doctor I ever meet. Every time he came to check on the patient he kept saying he was too busy and didn't have time to answer questions. Thank god for the nurses that took the time to explain the situation to us. If you are looking for a doctor that will actually inform you of the situation so you can make an informed decision of your procedure, look somewhere else. We just ended up with him because it was an emergency.
Liliana, thank you for the feedback, and sorry to learn some of the interactions you had were less than optimal. Our manager would welcome a conversation if you'd be willing to discuss the situation with her at 965.630.5522. Our goal is for all patients to have exceptional experiences and your feedback helps us to advance that goal.
