Dr Davis personally is wonderful. But unfortunately, this practice is too busy and all about billing, so you can never talk to Dr Davis unless you come in for an appt. Also means quick referrals that may not even be necessary to speed things up and rule out things. Functions sort of like an ER vs a regular doctor who you can talk with. ANd waits are ridiculous for in person visits...

Personally Dr. Davis is very nice, but I would not recommend this Office to anyone. The first visit during a regular check up I had bloodwork done. I specifically asked to only get analysis done that would be covered by my insurance. Long story short I ended up getting a $600 bill for services and analysis that were uncovered. They did this twice. I was asked to be seen by Dr. unnecessarily when I asked a question on the phone that did not require a visit just to charge for a visit. Misleading

I have been a patient of Dr. Davis' practice for about 14 years, and I couldn't be happier with the care and support I have received from Dr. Davis, her partners and staff. They resolve issues quickly, followup quickly, and are pleasant, patient and friendly. And Dr. Davis is just a good doctor, often anticipating my needs and questions before they come up. I would strongly recommend her practice to anyone needing a great physician.

Dr. Lucy Davis is a great primary care doctor. I would give her a five star rating. However, the front office is a nightmare to work through. Although, I would prefer to stay in her practice, I must start looking for a good doctor with a more responsive front office.

offce management is terrible you sit on hold for 30 min to talk to someone. No one ever calls you back and they are rude. Because Dr. Davis is a great dr. I have put up with it. But today was the last straw, I made in apt. With there call center last night was told that my apt would be at 1pm. I took the 35 min trip to Daniel Island only to be told that I had no apt. The offce manger was rude and said the only way I could talk to her was by apt no phone call that was a first.

Dr. Davis' front office staff are inefficient, incompetent and rude. They are the "face" of the practice and do not value the patient's time or privacy.

Absolutely brutal trying to get an appointment. 18 minute wait on auto tree and then hung up on. Then another 15 minutes and finally a person. Terrible.
