Patient Comments (3)
in Phoenix, AZ |
Staff NEVER answers phone, feel rushed by doc when she asks staff to perform a test they have failed to keep equipment in stock. When being checked for infection, staff performs the test wrong. At times while arriving for apps you are treated as your invisible. When a patient has multiple serious medical conditions there is no room for error! Staff needs to remember the patient is not feeling well or they wouldn't be there. Patient wants seen and dosent care where staff is getting lunch!

The office staff rarely answers the phone and NEVER returns a message call. I have ALWAYS had to call back. This is the reason I have looked else where for a primary care Doctor.
Spends more time with their laptop and then checking her patient head to toe. She does however transfers patient to proper referral.
