I had a very different experience than a few already posted. Dr. Margolies was patient, empathic and thorough. I had seen a few other physicians for my condition and Dr. Margolies was the most understanding. I would recommend him to family and friends.

i attended my wife's 3rd visit with Dr M. We were highly anxious and distraught given her symptoms. He was dismissive and condescending and told her it was unlikely she had the neurological condition we suspected. patronizingly told her she could see a specialist and amazingly told her that her arm tightness was voluntary. we already had that appointment arranged and our concerns were confirmed 100% by the specialist. highly disappointed in temperament and lack of diagnosis.

First visit to Dr. was explaining symptons and issues so Dr would understand complicated and very nuanced issue, the Dr told me to hurry up with my background information on my symptons. Sorry that took so much of his precious time.

I do not know where to begin, this was the worst experience I have ever had with any care provider. He was dismissive and did not listen. He interrupted my explanations to questions he prompted. He was totally devoid of care and compassion. He acted in a belligerent manner and his behavior bordered on abusive. I would not permit him to treat my family pet let alone family or friends.
I saw Dr. Margolies today for the first time and I could not have had a better experience! He was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. He answered all of my questions open and honestly and completely put my fears at ease. He even followed up with a personal phone call after the appointment to discuss results with me. I would highly recommend this physician!
