I love the Dr but the staff is absolutely horrible. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude each and everytime. I sat in the lobby and saw how other patients were treated. Oh Wow! She just told a another patient that she's going to lunch and couldn't answer a simple question. The Dr himself is GREAT! The staff NOT GREAT!

Dr. Jarolimek is a skilled and exceptional physician. He always takes the time to fully explain the condition and his treatment. He is very knowledgeable and uses current methods of practice. His staff is excellent, friendly, and very efficient.
in Houston, TX |
I was referred by my primary care physician to set a broken wrist. Dr Jarolimek explained that I needed a splint and not a cast as initially thought. He showed the xray and excplained the nature of the fracture, didn't try to up-sale a casting procedure. He is knowledgeabble, kind, and curteous, as was any staff member I had contact with. I would def recommend this office to friends.

Dr.Jarolimek was excellent. He always takes the time and effort to make sure I am comfortable and knowledgeable about all my concerns. Also very friendly and courteous staff… Made me feel at home.
in Houston, TX |
I was rushed out of the office on second visit with a promise that he would call me later in the afternoon to discuss issues he did not have time to discuss at my appointment. I never heard back from him. I called his office about 7 times over the next 6 weeks. Much of the time his office staff was unavailable. I left numerous vm's. He never called me back to finish my appointment. I had to end up finding another doctor to repeat the xrays, etc to get a consultation. Horrible!
