This is one of the coldest, least compassionate doctors I've ever met--curt, cold, brusque and dismissive. I've never negatively reviewed a doctor before. I believe doctors are caring people who are overworked, stressed, and trying the best they can. But I'm writing to warn others. She was contemptuous of my symptoms. When I went to a neurologist at a different leading institution, who took my symptoms seriously, I received compassion plus an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.
Ridgewood, NY |
Consistently demeaning. Unwilling to help, I've been scolded like a child consistently. Bedside manner needs some serious improvement. Also would've appreciated being fully informed about the long-term side effects for a medication she put me on.
in Rego Park, NY |
First time at appointment and was yelled at for being a few minutes late like a child. Very rude, arrogant and demeaning disposition. Not the standard I would expect from NY Presbyterian. Will be seeking better quality of care at another hospital. You can do better.
