Outstanding care!
Effective evaluation of neck pain/stiffness and shoulder pain/lack of mobility. Felt relief after 2 day of treatment; hopeful for a resolution of the issues after full course of treatment.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Dr. Ziglar. I’ve been seeing her regularly for over a year now and she has been the best. I was diagnosed with a unusual diagnosis and was referred to her so we can determine the cause for such an illness. She preformed many tests so she could pinpoint the cause and low and behold, to my greatfullness, she was able to locate the cause. She immediately put me on two medications and I haven’t had any flare ups for over a year now. I previously had flare up every one to two months and thought there was no hope. She works diligently to keep up with my problem and performs regular tests to make sure I’m still doing great. She is always so courteous every time I see her. She has the best “bedside manner” and goes over all my problems in great detail. She also has a way to be able to access all other tests from other doctors and the hospital and that amazes me. I highly recommend her.

Best doctor ever! Dr. Ziglar is one of the best doctors I have ever known (and believe me, I've seen a lot!). She immediately put me at ease, listened to me (I mean really listened) and has helped me immeasurably. She reviewed my chart and previous tests, did some blood tests (including genetic testing) and was was able to diagnose my auto immune disease after the first visit. She has been very patient and incredibly supportive in my journey toward improved health. My condition is incurable but my symptoms have definitely improved under her care and just as importantly, my outlook and mood have improved as well. Her previous practice managers were not the best but her new home at A&RA are far superior! I would recommend her to everyone I know!

Unable to handle my "complex" case, made an error that could have resulted in serious injury, and she couldn't get past it even though I said it was OK and to move on. Unpredictable overall. Very unprofessional in how this was handled, without any adequate referral for coordination of care. Abandoned and left me in the middle of needing help and treatment for several rheumatological diseases. Her personality was very good and I liked her approach up to this point, but this was unacceptable.

I tried to make an appointment with this Doctor, but decided not to due to the absolutely HORRIBLE experience with the appointment scheduler. The scheduler was not only rude, but insensitive to my needs, and very condescending--she was even sighing-- breathing heavy like my issues were insignificant and my legitimate questions were irritating to her. Then, after all she gave me a date of a month away, when I specifically told her in the beginning, that I needed to see someone within the week.

I had Dr. Ziglar here in NJ , I just found out she left !!!! She was the first Drwho took the time and helped me when I was diagnosed with Lupus. I would tell anyone, talk to her like a normal person, write down your questions and feel better .... If anyone goes by seeing this, please give her my best! Alice Spatuzzo
