Dr. Noce and his staff treated me as just another number and had no compassion. The appointments were not productive and I wasn't even examined physically. They took imaging and told me there was nothing wrong with my neck. I am in excruciating pain since my accident. I had to go to another imaging center because my doctors disagreed with his diagnosis. It turns out I have a protruding left sided disk. He told me there was no possible way I have pain form it. Unbelievable. Waist of time.

I've seen Dr. Noce for a year now and have had 2 surgeries by him. I have found him to be straight forward and honest. He listens and has a very good bedside manner.

Waited an hour in exam room for doctor. He was eating lunch. Recommended injections and physical therapy after reviewing my CT scans. Told me needed to make neurology appt. Office did not cooperate with my primary physician's office when they originally asked for neurology appointment to coincide with neurosurgeon appointments. Felt they were more interested in making money for their office then listening to my concerns. If try this office, make sure you get a second opinion.

I found Dr Noce to be diligent and straight forward with facts to back up his diagnosis. I went to him almost three years ago now to review my mri on my lumbar and sacrum spine. While discussions the results, he was very thorough with explaining my situation. While in his office I discussed other symptoms i had in my neck, shoulder blade and arm. We did an mri and emg study to find that i needed immediate surgery, we did an acdf and have been great since. I am very satisfied with Dr. Noce.
Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, comforting. Great skills

Dr. Noce and his group misdiagnosed a loved one. Because of their misdiagnosis, his real condition went untreated for years, causing irreversible neurological damage. Luckily, our loved one's real condition was caught by a doctor outside of Capital Regions Special Surgery after which he received treatment from a qualified specialist. I would not recommend Dr. Noce or anyone in his group.
