Waiting 3 hours; yes, three hours, is ridiculous. After waiting over one hour for a follow-up appointment, I walked out. There are other competent doctors out there!

I've been a long time patient of dr chazins after he retired I was referred here. Not happy with this place or the doctor. Seems like a long assembly line of patients and a quick visit with doc at the end.

dnatsrednui dlI was referred to Dr. Grant by my Optometrist. I had developed a Cataract in my right eye. My first visit, pre op, surgery, and post op visits all were fantastic. Dr. Grant has assembled a team of outstanding professionals to care for you from the time you enter the building until the time comes where you no longer need their assistance. I truly believe that each and every one of them cared about me. Doctor Grant is the BEST... Thanks Doc!!!!

Really seems to put her heart and soul into her patients. I’m surprised at the negative reviews below because she’s very caring and I’ve never heard her have a negative interaction with staff or otherwise...

Dr Grant is very knowledgeable. Of course every doctor gets behind for one reason or another but I felt that she spends the appropriate time to address concerns which is worth the wait.

Extremely unprofessional and RUDE. Was yelling at her staff right in front of me and got very angry with me while I asked questions. Would never recommend this doctor to anyone. heard other doctors in the practice are much more professional and will answer your questions with kindness. I also waited in the room for over 45 mins to see her and spent no more than 5 mins with me

Dr. Grant is amazing. While doing yard work something happened with my eye. I was concerned since I had cateract surgery a year ago. I already spent four hours in the ER but still had something going on. I called CNY on Saturday morning and Dr Grant made arrangements to meet me at the office. She did an exam, gave me samples, explained what was happening with my eye and indicated the office would follow up with me on Monday. Thank you for stopping your family event to assist me!

Dr. Grant is a very knowledgeable doctor. Her office staff are kind and professional. I had an eye condition for many years that other opthalmologists were unable to diagnose. She diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I would highly recommend her to anyone in CNY who has an eye problem or needs surgery.
