Top notch surgeon with warm caring bedside manner. I am an athlete and my hand surgery for a metacarpal break went perfect with no pain or swelling. Dr Pacelli is a master at his craft. Highly recommended! They don't get any better.
in Del Mar, CA |
Excellent doctor great bed side manner. He did my tennis elbow surgery 12/2016. I'm only 10 days out and I feel great 85% range of motion. I had a great experience with him and his awesome staff. I would recommend if you need elbow surgery go to Dr. Pacelli. A++++++++++ 100% amazing
in San Marcos, CA |
Dr. Pacelli just performed a ulnar nerve transposition (submuscular) surgery for me. He and his team were incredibly courteous, friendly, and efficient. He took the time to read through my medical history to understand my threshold for pain tolerance and made suitable recommendations. Each person I spoke with (no less than 9) made sure to have me repeat my name and birthdays as well as to reconfirm what I was there for (safety protocol, I am sure) The team at Scripps was amazing!!
in San Diego, CA |
Fantastic! Not your typical surgeon, he was thorough in his explanation, patient, kind and understanding of any fears. I severely cut up my index finger while trimming the bushes. He immediately put me at rest by addressing my injury right away in between his cases. He was very calm and quietly mentioned that I was lucky I didn't severe my nerve. He stitched the whole thing up in no time and told me each step for the healing process. My finger was saved and one would never know what happened.
in Encinitas, CA |
When my finger tendon was injured I was given a referral to Dr. Pacelli. I was able to see him the next day. He explained the standard conservative treatment (splinting for 6 weeks) and expressed hope that I would not need surgery. I did need surgery. Now 4 months since the injury I had surgery to fix my finger. I just had a post op visit with Dr. Pacelli, where he explained what he did to my finger and what to expect next. He was nice and his explanation understandable.
