When diagnosed with breast cancer, I was referred to Dr. Hebert. She is just what I needed—thorough, considerate and takes the time you need to answer questions. She also has a great team. She even tracked down a way to leave me a message at night when my genetic tests came back. I.m a tough...more

It is helpful when I receive critical comments about the care I provide as I use them to continually improve my communication. I understand your experience with me was something far less than I strive for in my practice. Communication, empathy, and unpretentiousness are areas in which patients and family tell me I do particularly well so it is regrettable your experience was something less. I assure you I take your comments to heart and sincerely wish you the best of health. Lora Hebert, MD
