Update. I've been a patient of Dr. Klein since 2018 and in Nov. 2019 I had the Urolift procedure done and now in Nov. 2021 two years later I’m still very happy with the Urolift procedure Dr. Klein did for me, he’s the best, friendly but professional. He will do all the test, present the results of testing in simple layman's terms, offering you a couple of solutions and then give you the time to decide for yourself on what you would like to do next. His staff is friendly, office is clean and runs like a well oiled machine. Before the Urolift procedure, I dreaded having to urinating in public rest rooms, men would come and go while I stood there dribbling, embarrassing. I could not get a good night sleep because of the constant trips to the bathroom. After procrastinating awhile, I came to a decision because of Dr. Klein’s kind, friendly and professional nature. I trust Dr. Klein and I believe you can also.

Pushed aside, forgotten, even after being admitted to hospital Dr forgot to “round”, forgot to put in orders for medications, forgot to put in surgery orders, etc. - Worst experience ever is sitting in a hospital for DAYs asking nurse to contact him and he ignores their pages, calling his office for help and not getting any where!!

I went to see Dr. Klein for the first time, on 01/17/2022, with some urological, prostate-related symptoms. From the start his manner was warm, genuine, and not-rushed which put me at ease right away. He listened to my concerns carefully, discussed them me in terms that I understood, and suggested a treatment plan that seemed both good and sensible to me. After I have a diagnostic test, I will see him again for a follow-up appointment. Although it was my first and only appointment with Dr. Klein, I feel that I am in very good hands. I also appreciated the staff members who work with him at the Advanced Urology Institute. They were both courteous and professional. After my appointment, I had a billing-related question. Someone from their billing department replied promptly with the information I requested. ...In a nutshell, I am very pleased.

Dr. Klein performs a procedure for bladder control which has greatly improved my quality of life. I am back traveling, sleeping through the night, UTIs are no longer a big problem, and I don’t have to remember where every bathroom is wherever I go. What a difference being able to sleep through the night. My procedure was easy and insurance paid for it. Highly recommend Dr. Klein.

When I fired Dr. Klein he sent me a nastygram stressing the importance of following up with my new physician. I requested in writing that my records be transferred to my new physician. It has been over a month and he hasn't received them. Called Klein's office and was told Share Care was handling all record requests. Called Share Care and found out they had no record of me and no knowledge of Dr. Klein. Don't know which is worse, their pathetic care or their pathetic office management (I could never get into their patient portal). I will remind Dr. Klein that he is required by law to forward my medical records and take legal action against him if his lack of attention has in anyway harmed my medical condition.

Dr. Klein is an outstanding urologist. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. I had a urolift procedure that provided 100 percent relief from my BPH condition. I rely on his counsel for all my urology issues and he always provides the right response and treatment. There is no one better.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Klein for at least 10 years. Dr. Klein is a very thorough, conscientious and caring doctor leaving no stone un-turned (pun intended). He is also very direct so his insistence on getting certain tests done when he requests them is strictly for the benefit of the patient to make sure that everything is in working order. When my husband was admitted to the hospital for a kidney infection and bleeding, Dr. Klein immediately stepped up and took charge of his case and made sure he was seen every day to follow through. My husband was also scheduled for surgery by Dr. Klein but couldn't do it on the arranged date due to his reinfection, but Dr. Klein even came in on his own scheduled day off to make sure he got the surgery before leaving the hospital. I highly recommend Dr. Klein and thank him and that any patient seeing him does what he recommends for treatment. Dr. Klein's caring and know how are stellar.

Dr. Klein discovered, diagnosed and fully discussed my condition and the future decisions that had to be made for a mass on my kidney. He performed a flawless nephrectomy and saved my life as it was diagnosed as cancer. He treated me with compassion, understanding and shared a great wisdom for his profession. All anxieties were eased by his professionalism and dedication to MY health needs. He discussed all possibilities and laid out recommendations for my condition and all were held true. I was impressed by his attention to detail and standing behind his work as my whole procedure went as well as can be expected and everything he promised it would be. Daily visits post surgery and always available to answer any and all concerns I had before and after surgery. Professional and very knowledgeable doctor I am very fortunate to have met. He saved my life.

Dr. Klein is one of the best Physicians that I have ever been to for treatment. He treated me for prostate cancer and shared the options I had with me and my immediate family. He immediately earned our trust because of his concern and compassionate manner. He gave me the dreaded biopsy in his office and despite all the negative things I had heard about the biopsy, I experienced no pain whatsoever. It was uncomfortable but it had to be done and I was glad I did have it done. After about a week he called me and my family together to go over the results and give us his recommendation for treatment. It proved to be very effective and I am nearing 3 years being cancer free. He is seeing me every 6 months to check my lab results and test me to make sure everything is going in the right direction. He is the ultimate professional and demands the same of his staff which explains why my wait time for an appointment is never over 5 minutes. I'm a combat vet who loves Dr. Klein.

Dr Klein is a kind, caring, compassionate doctor. My husband chose him for a second opinion. We knew at the first visit he would be the doctor we would stay with. I recently saw Dr. Klein for a followup on my past bladder cancer. Dr. Klein did a scope and explained everything during the procedure. I find Dr. Klein to be the most caring, informative and thorough professional. He spent considerable time with me. I highly recommend Dr. Klein.

If you want a terrible experience, make an appointment with Dr Klein. You will be seeing someone who books literally a dozen patients an hour, and is rude and dismissive.
