I had my doctor refer me to a dermatologist for a mapping/checking for moles as I inherited that trait from my Mom's side of the family. I was sent to Dr Whiteaker for an appointment and received papers in the mail prior to the appointment. I arrived early and checked in. I was taken to the exam room by Mandi who checked what I wanted done. I suited up or down however one looks at it! Kristi, the PA, arrived with Mandi and I was examined top to bottom or was it bottoms up. Either way, I got what I had come for, a complete exam to see if I had any spots that needed more work. I ended up with one mole that Kristi took off for a biopsy. Kristi and Mandi left and Dr Whiteaker came in and introduced herself and thanked me for coming to her practice. I was directed to the check-out area and reminded to call back in 2 weeks IF I had not heard from them. I was happy and will go back annually for an exam.

I was very impressed with my visit with Dr. Whiteaker. She took time with me and explained things very well. She answered all of my questions and put me at ease. The front office is very efficient, mailing out paperwork in advance and also had all of my insurance benefits verified at my appointment time. I had a follow up visit a month later with her physicians assistant and she is absolutely wonderful. I am telling all of my family to make appointments with her!

Started out as just trying to play with the PA and ask her to cut off a skin tag. In which we both were laughing and joking around. Then the PA got finished cutting a spot off my nose and left the room. The next thing I knew Dr Whiteaker came in and began a rude speech to me on how she didn't do anything for free. I tried to explain to her we were joking but she wouldn't have any of that! She was rude from the moment she entered the room. In my option she has no compassion for anyone but herself
