My appointment was for 4:15. By 4:55, I still hadn’t seen Dr Goodstein. I got up and left. If this is how Berger-Henry treats their patients, I’ll find another doctor.

I could not breathe through my right sinus for over 12 years due to a severely deviated septum. I saw an ENT about 5 years ago and he made me very uncomfortable about getting surgery after he ragged on me for using Afrin to breathe. I finally couldn’t deal with it anymore after this past summer and I got so lucky with Dr. Goodstein!! She is absolutely amazing! She made me comfortable right from the first appointment. She is so sweet, incredibly nice and she didn’t say a single negative thing about how I had been coping with this. She was very empathetic and reassuring that she could help me breathe again. And she did! The surgery went great and after my follow up today, I can breathe better than I ever imagined. She is an absolute God send to the medical field and I am very thankful that I found her!

At first she seemed to be concerned and then after several tests that cost me money, she was dismissive when I had questions about the results. Her response to some of my questions were a joke. She's an MD specializing in ear, nose, and throat and couldn't explain something related to my throat. I should have seen a Veterinarian since they are way more knowledgeable than her. I was not happy with her.

excellent clinician and caring person/physician. She has helped my continued nasal infections after other ENT's dismissed me. She created an innovative plan for my continued treatment and I'm so happy that I started to see her as my ENT. My mother also saw her with the same positive results. If you have seen ENT's with whom you are dissatisfied, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Goodstein.

Dr. Goodstein was knowledgeable, informative, professional, and extremely helpful in clarifying my situation. She and her assistant, James Jr., thoroughly explained the procedure I was about to have, put me at ease, and gave me every confidence that I was in good care. I am most grateful.

Very gentle and caring. Extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what is wrong and how to make it better. From my very first visit, I knew I made the right choice.

I was really disappointed in my experience with Dr Goodstein. I've been having issues with my ear for two years now that have been making me miserable. She took one look, gave me a hearing test, and then told me she doesn't know why I'm feeling what I'm feeling but everything looks fine. No follow up. No advice. She really doesn't care at all. The staff outside was really nice and helpful but she really wasn't.
