"

If you are ask to participate in a survey of your visit experience today…. Please do!

Dr. Ray uses patient feedback to improve appointing and to add services that patients request.

If you have waited longer than you expect in any area of the office, let us know.

More importantly, always feel comfortable sharing with staff or Dr. Ray something we could do better or something that was just right.

I read the three reviews and I absolutely agree with two of them -- she talked about herself at length during my first appointment, only 15 min wait to be seen. The follow up appt, I waited in the exam room for over an hour. I heard her go into the room next to mine and was chatting happily with...more

The staff is wonderful. However, I have never been spoke to from anyone the way Dr. Ray spoke to me. She was very unprofessional and definitely has no couth. Will never recommend or be back.

Dr. Ray takes all comments whether about your visit or office issues seriously. Compliments are welcome, but often learn something about a process or a patient experience when reviewing details of a criticism. Please consider providing more information to the office manager.

Dr. Ray seemed friendly at first, however, I had to wait over 1.5 hours (naked under my gown for just a checkup) for her and when I explained that I was late for another appointment so if we could make it fast (she was talking a lot about herself) was told by Dr. Ray that in the United States (I'm...more

We monitor patient wait times in our office and certainly the time that a patient is requested to prepare for an exam. Although we are not able to disclose why there is a wait due to privacy requirements , all patients should be informed during a wait. As a policy, we do offer to reschedule a patient, if a wait has been or is expected longer than our goals. Dr. Ray will want this event reviewed to avoid it happening to others. I encourage contact to our office manager to provide date detail.

She was very thorough, answered questions quickly and in a manner that I could understand. She was friendly, did not seem rushed at all, and I felt very comfortable with her
