Dr. Lau was very courteous and professional. I was impressed by her level of knowledge and expertise in explaining medical information. I am grateful to have found a physician that is willing to listen and take time which is rare these days. I would highly recommend her.

Only making same day appointments makes it very hard to schedule an appointment around work. The Dr. Will not refill my medicine over the phone without coming in for an office visit, yet my work needs a couple days to find a replacement for my shift!! Very indifferent to my elderly mothers care. Doesn't listen. Just goes through the motions. I am done. Takes 15 minutes of holding and being passed around to talk to a live person. Did I say she doesn't listen. Made mistakes in care in my opinion.
