Dr. Booth is moody. One visit she will be in a great mood but at other visits she is in a bad mood. Her mood goes up and down. I never know what mood she'll be in when I arrive. She is also unwilling to help with complaints other than the current ones. She has even told me "we won't worry about that now." She is always in a hurry. I wait a long time in the waiting area then an even longer time in the room once called. I'll be changing doctors. The staff is great and always willing to help. Her nurse is always concerned and takes time to address changes.

I think Dr. Booth is awesome! We hit it off during my first visit. She's very sharp and professional and a good sense of humor. I have a list of questions when I see her and almost every question gets answered.

Dr. Booth appears to either be overbooked or she is a bit fraught by nature. There is always a rush to get me in and out as quick as possible and not much time spent to discuss health issues. I am left feeling unsatisfied and am on waiting lists with other practices. It is a shame because she seems to be a brilliant person.

I never got in to see the doctor due to poor managing of her schedule by the staff. I was sick in December and as of now I would possibly get in to see her in February (not happening, I am switching practices). This is the same issue I had in 2013 which has led me to switch practices after being a patient for 2 decades! Add that in to scheduling secretaries who make it very clear they could give a rat's behind if you drop dead and are lethargic and rude and it is the perfect storm. Avoid them!
