She diagnosed me as having thrush two weeks before I was told I had 4th stage tongue cancer (by UNM hospital doctor) She spent the appointment time looking things up on her phone. She told me not to worry, I was okay. Well, shortly after I actually had half my tongue removed and chemo and radiation. If I had listened to her I would have most likely died. DO NOT EVER GO TO HER IF YOU CARE ABOUT GETTING CORRECT DIAGNOSIS AND BEING WELL TAKEN CARE OF. She is now at St. Vincents/was at ENT clinic.

Dr came in, no personal skills. Never introduced herself, rushed in n didn’t take time to hear symptoms. Then walked out leaving us unaware of what to happen next. Acted rude when asked to interpret medical terms. Very arrogant n rude. Wish Dr had more empathy n took a minute to show compassion.

Hello, I received a septoplasty procedure from Dr. Love. She made it so much worse! and after a few attempts to contact her to fix it she would ignore me. Do not go near this doctor

Very impersonal, brusque, not interested in the patient, as much as executing the requirements of the procedures.

Absolutely would recommend. Dr. Love was concerned and careful with an infection i had, and was extremely kind and understanding of my urgency to treat before traveling. Despite the stress of a very busy practice she was calmly focused on my condition and treatment.

I absolutely cannot recommend Dr. Love. Her bedside manner was regrettable; she was cold as ice, seemingly disinterested, and didn't listen to a word I said. Her diagnosis of my symptoms was dangerously wrong. She called what turned out to be a life-threatening malignant tumor on my vocal cord a "nodule" and told me to just wait it out. Fortunately, I scheduled a second opinion.

Dr. Love did sinus surgery on me. It went very well, and the ongoing infection I had had for months cleared immediately and has not returned. She is direct and very professional.
