Make sure to keep all your OLD insurance information and receipts because they will send you bill from 6 years ago saying that you did not have any insurance when you visited them, even though you had one at the time of your visit.. Stay away if you can. It took them months of following-up...more

She is a fantastic doctor and lovely person. Generally the visit is an hour. Some waiting room, possibly time with a nurse answering questions or a vision chart or eye pressure test, depending on how busy the Dr. is. Once in a while is so busy you spend 2 plus hours in total, possibly because...more

I waited over two hours to be seen by this doctor. My appointment was at 5 pm and I was not seen until 7 pm. Absolutely ridiculous and no respect for my time. Switching to another doctor.

Dr. Prystowsky is an excellent doctor, but the stuff is horrible!!!! Ladies up front don't know a lot of information, but the wort is the WAIT! ALWAYS waiting AT LEAST 1.5h so so bad:(((
