Since moving to the Austin area, I have been to a few doctors. I came across Dr. Chuo and I am here to stay with him as my primary doctor. He not only takes the time, but is extremely thorough in anything you mention that is troubling you. I highly recommend him!

It was easy for check in, my appointment time was on time no waiting for them to call me. I was in and out and no waiting for Dr. Chuo to see me, he was present and professional, answered all my questions. I have been seeing Dr. Chuo for a number of years and I am always happy with him even when I moved out of his area, yes I will drive to see him.

I was actually shocked to the reviews about this dr stating he listened well, was attentive, and did not rush. My experience was the exact opposite. He continually interrupted me as I was trying to explain my issues and did not seem to cate much about my concerns. And my appointment felt rushed. Maybe I caught him in a bad day. Either way, I won’t go back to him again.

Dr Chuo is always wonderful and makes sure one understand his message. He understands the aches and pains that senior citizens have. It appears he has a new assistant. I miss the previous, from Killeen, she was personable and a joy to visit with. She was very thorough and explanatory.

As my primary physician had no available appointments, I accepted an appointment with Dr. Chou as I need to be seen that day. Dr. Chou is an efficient, friendly and through physician. His examination was through and his manner is very comfortable and friendly. If I did not already have my primary physician, I would seriously consider Dr. Chou.

I am a 63-year-old medically retired cardiologist as a result of an automobile accident. Dr. Chuo has been my doctor now for many years and I even drive from Austin to Georgetown for his care. The highest compliment one physician can give another is to ask that physician to care for their families or themselves. In addition it is often difficult to get good care as a physician because the treating physician often treats the patient (me) differently. It takes a very experienced and thoughtful physician to navigate this relationship and provide good care. I would recommend Dr. Chuo without hesitation. He is a doctors’ doctor. It does not get better than that. Matt Phillips MD Retired

Dr. Chuo was great. He took time to listen to me. I did not feel like just a number with only a limited amount of time in the exam room. He discussed several options for my treatment and helped me feel comfortable with my choice.

Like always, my visit to doctor Chuo was excellent. First the doctor office/facility was great. The office was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything went smoothly. When I saw Doctor Chuo, like always he was polite and very professional. He spent more than enough time with me during my visit. I told him about my health issues and provided me with information I needed for treatment. During this hard time, I'm happy to see Dr. Chuo still.working hard to take care of others. Highly recommend Dr. Chuo to others..

I really like Dr. Chuo but I am so disappointed he wanted me to go to the clinic and expose myself to the coronavirus to authorize my High blood pressure prescription. I just don't get it, aren't they supposed to try to keep you healthy? People with hypertension are more at risk of dying with the virus. For me it is a 30 minute drive and I was in the middle of moving to another house so I just could not make my yearly appointment. Anyway, I will have to find a doctor who is not in a clinic with more virus exposure and get my prescription.
