Dr. Elterman is one of my favorite doctors ever. As a patient, I am fully satisfied as he has always solved any problem I had, and he is very thorough when it comes to follow-up visits. His bedside manners are also excellent, and he is in general very kind and respectful of patients. I totally recommend him.

Awful Practice. Stay away from this office. Office staff barely speaks English. Cannot communicate with Insurance. Never responded to emails. Screwed up insurance pre- authorization. After MRI has been done and paid by insurance they continued harassing calls requesting to come to the office to do another procedure. Cannot tell if doctor is great or bad. But he does not work alone, he has a malfunctioning practice and therefore I will never come back to this place.

I feel like Dr Elterman bought his ratings on different websites because I had nowhere near a 5-star experience with him. I had to wait for about 3 hours for my appointment, and that is not an exaggeration. In the middle of the appointment he got a phone call and excused himself, later he came back and acted very aloof, obviously trying to end the appointment quickly. On top of that, he misdiagnosed me and I had to take a strong antibiotic to no avail.

To be honest Dr. Elterman is one of the best Dr's I have seen. I literally don't know if I would still be alive today if it wasn't for him saving me. He is caring, kind and very understanding. He takes time to listen and explain things so that you understand him. I can't say enough good things not only him but his staff as well. Such calm and knowledgeable doctor, highly recommended.

Dr Elterman is very thorough, has a wonderful bedside manner which helps you stay calm despite the diagnosis. He takes one thing at a time, does not rush you through appointments. He explains carefully everything he has to do as he is doing it. He has a good sense of humor and is very likable! He is honest and up front with you, doesn’t try to sugarcoat anything. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Elterman has been my urologist since 2010 and during that time I have found him to be exceptional. When I first saw him I had already had tumors removed from my bladder and was being forced to consider bladder replacement. Dr. Elterman respected my desire to keep my bladder and developed a plan of care to prevent the recurrence of tumors. I have not had any recurrences in over two years. He's the best!
