Very Helpful. By far the best office. They are always here to help. Love the walk-in hours. Sharon and Kristi and dr Barats are always there to listen to me and lend a helping hand. I hate going to the doctor, but it is always fun in their office - they just know how to make one relax. I had an emergency on the weekend, the doctor called right away and was very helpful. Saved me a trip to the ER!

Thank you! Dr B is taking care of my whole family. I appreciate the attention and the time he spends listening to all of my complaints. His suggestions have always been very helpful. We come from Ballston Spa to see him. It is worth the ride. My husband has been following his directions, and has lost weight. His diabetes is under great control now! He may even stop his insulin.

I'm leaving this here in hopes people will read this and save their selves some time. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE! This doctor does not take the time for patients. He prescribed the wrong medicine for my condition. And when the going gets tough, he'll take your co-pay, do nothing for you; and kick the can down the road to another doctor. He did this to me 3 times, and after the 3rd, it was time to take out the trash and get a new primary. Only good thing about this place are the physicians assists.

The absolute WORST office staff. IDIOTS. They've lost my records and seem to have ZERO competence. The doctor's okay, PA is fine, but staff, no.

No ease of scheduling at all with an urgent appointment. Changing doctors and telling everyone I know not to come here.
