An Excellent Organization

Dr. Storey and all of the people at Valley Skin Institute exude professionalism, efficiency, and competence. But they also exemplify courtesy, kindness and friendliness. Dr. Storey performed a MOHS surgery for me two days ago. The entire staff made sure that I had no pain and that I understood post operative care. Telephone follow up (twice) was much appreciated, even though there was no problems to deal with. They instill confidence in the patient with their caring, considerate and professional approach to medicine.

Everyone there is wonderful! Very kind and caring. Hannah is our PA but Dr Storey did my surgery. She and the closing doctor whose name escapes me were incredible!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for skin issues.

Dr. Storey performed Moh's surgery on the bridge of my nose for basal cell carcinoma several years back and it was an excellent experience. She is a master surgeon. My recent experience, Dec. 2022, for my annual skin check-up with Dr. Shantam was also and excellent experience. She was thorough and willing to answer questions. All of my visits over the past several years from check-in at the front desk to examination have been professional, courteous, caring, and thorough. Great Care from Dr. Storey and Her Team

The caring staff lead by Dr. Storey made me feel at ease all the way through a two-area MOHS surgery. I knew was happening before, during and after each part of the surgery. Everyone made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedures, even when there were 5 people working on me. I left with clear steps for aftercare and a plan to manage any pain. On a day that could have been really tough, we all left with smiles on our faces. Thanks for the friendliness and professionalism. A very good day.

Dr. Storey did a comprehensive examination, evaluation, and explanation of my concerns with precise communication. She has superb listening skills, asks important questions about my health, answers my appropriate questions, and follows up with relevant questions and answers. Holding medication hostage

Do not recommend thus place. Patient 2 years , seen different doctors every visit. My bloodwork came thru my primary doctor which I signed a form for Valkey Skin to access my blood test. Went to my appt in August and was seen by a doctor I never seen before. T Had an issue with a new staff member not checking ny records and she text talking about doing labs. I stated they get them from my primary for last 2 years. Now the new dictor wants me to get tested every 90 days. I refused and they refused to prescribe my meds. 2 years never had a blood work that was not good. Now they want me to come out my pocket even more to accommodate them after 2 years of receiving my bloodwork thru my primary. Not to mention a $70 miss appt charge, no longer take cash. I told my primary not to anyone to them. Plus it took them 6 months to prescribe me meds that worked on my condition. They always over charged and you have to fight with billing to get your bill right. Waste if space.

Excellent care

I was early for my appointment and was seen quickly upon arrival. The staff and doctors were friendly and very attentive to my needs. I have been a patient for a few years and continue to recommend them to friends and family.
