Had incredible results from ELASA (bladeless LASIK) surgery performed by Dr. Grosinger. Had a terrible astigmatism and prescription prior to surgery, but after ELASA I can see well with no corrective lenses. My Right and Left eyes changed as follows: R 20/60 after ELASA R 20/20 L 20/200 after ELASA L 20/20-25 Though I may need to get additional surgeries to keep up the results 5-10 years down the road, I can say it has been completely worth it.

I just finished my cataract surgery by Dr. Grosinger. I have worn glasses since I was a mere infant. I called the Dr. my superhero because today I can see without any glasses. The procedure is painless, facility, immaculate, practice is super busy - worth the wait, and the staff is exceptional. I am so glad that I did not put this off. The process requires that you schedule several appointments, again well worth the time to give you a lifetime of better vision. I am donating all of my glasses, like 15 pair to the office to distribute to people that cannot afford glasses. I like that touch. Glasses were like shoes to me, a fashion accessory. I appreciate that I was referred to Dr. Grosinger and followed through with the cataract surgery.

From the moment I first stepped into the office, I was greeted with smiles and the highest level of professionalism from each of the team members involved with my eye care. Dr. Grosinger's skill and reputation, as well as recommendations from family and friends treated there, made my decision to entrust them with my eye care, a very easy one. My sincerest thanks to all of them.

Dr Grosinger treated my mother, my sister and myself. He takes a great deal of time to explain all the options clearly and carefully. My surgery was carried out as he said it would be. I had been wearing glasses since I was 15 years old and now I have not glasses at the age of 53 it is like a little miracle. Dr. Grosinger is the man to go to.

I have been a patient of Dr. Grosinger since 2005 when I needed Cataract surgery. I have not had any problems with my vision since. He now sees me for my yearly check ups since I have had Chemo and Radiation treatments and now am a diabetic. The staff is friendly. Dr. Grosinger is one of the nicest Doctors you will ever met and he has been very through with the eye exams and surgeries I have had. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Grossinger is the most skilled cataract surgeon in the Detroit area. e saved my vision 5 years ago, and he still follows up with me to make sure my eyes are doing well. He always remembers me and his office staff are among the most cheerful, helpful, professional and kind I have ever encountered. My elderly mother (92) is also a patient of Dr. Grossinger's, and she loves him because he is so kind and patient with her.

I have been going to him for nearly twenty years and took my mother there before that. Even with eye problems beyond glaucoma and cataracts he has helped me keep my vision to this day. He always explains what he is doing and why and has sent me the the best specialists when I have needed them. Keeping my vision as I age is more important than anything else and he has really done well by me in that.
