"Dr." Glass performed a Mohs procedure on my chin in 2012 to remove a basal cell carcinoma. During the procedure, she commented to her aide that she (Glass) "would toss in another suture even though she was lazy." Because of her sloppy work, I was left with a very unattractive, jagged hole in my chin and no options for repair. 5 years later, I am having to pay a plastic surgeon out of pocket to fix the damage. Please look elsewhere for a more professional dermatologist!

I was not impressed. I visited Glass, MD to remove skin cancer. After confirming it was basal cell carcinoma, the next available appt to remove said skin cancer was a month out. While living in Portland I had at least 7 of these removed & was always left with a simple, white scar. After the procedure from Glass, MD I was left with a raised, FRANKENSTEIN-ish scar and I am DISGUSTED with it. But I see they own the spa next door which probably treats scars using laser therapy...

Seriously they want a $25 fee to make an appointment. And then if you cancel within 24 hours they charge you $50.

I visited Dr. Glass for the mask of pregnancy or melasma when my baby was 6 months old. I brought her to the visit and told her I was nursing. At the time, I had hyper-pigmented skin above my lip that looked like a mustache and one small, faint pigmented patch on each cheek. She prescribed me hydroquoine .05 and Retin A .05 blended. I used it for about three months with lots of sunscreen. It did not work and caused serious sun damage (dark sunspots and burst capillaries) on my left cheek.
