Complete lack of communication by Dr Hayes and his entire staff. Was given OK to wait until after June 19th to have procedure by Dr Hayes, and then when they tried to plan it for the 17th was dropped from Dr Hayes' care for refusing the procedure when I told them I couldn't until after the...Read More
