After switching ins plans I started to see Dr Pepa. Visit 1 was a 3:30 appt to leave myself enough time to get my son from daycare by 6pm. I was not seen until 5:40. I have been on the same meds for 9 years. I call in a script, go to pick it up and no refill. Why? B/c they denied it 3 days earlier b/c doc doesn't prescribe controlled substances anymore. No one bothered to call me to let me know! Out of meds and won't sleep now til I find a new doc. Thanks for no return call doc!
