1000 characters isn’t enough to express how far away you should run away from this place. My baby & I literally almost DIED because of the negligence we faced. If you have the displeasure of being looked over by Claire, walk out of the building & find another OB with a more capable PA. Our visits were rushed. I was told I couldn’t call & ask questions about how sick I felt or what these symptoms could be. I was told “we have so many other patients you can’t come in here & check your BP” “it’s all in your head” “you’re doing this to yourself”. Long story short, I check myself into the hospital & get diagnosed with severe preeclampsia. I deliver my baby at 31 weeks...2lbs 13oz. My body struggled recovering. It felt like I was just in pain in every aspect of my life because of this OB/PA. (Mostly Claire) I had to watch my baby grow and struggle in an incubator because of their negligence. Do yourself a kindness and find another OB to look over you and the life you’re creating. Please.

She was my recent OBGYN. Very nice, patient, answered all my questions. Her staff was amazing as well, receptionist were nice, they had all my medical records ready and submitted fast, billing staff were great, I never had a bill pending with them even though they ordered a lot of tests. Office was always clean and neat. During the COVID pandemic they had everything well planned and managed. I highly recommend it for future moms or for a check up. I know some reviews mentioned it was a long wait, to be honest yes there were times it was a long wait, BUT what do you expect. She is an OBGYN, and babies are not going to wait till she is done seeing clinic patients. It was understandable that she was late becuase she had babies to deliver at the hospitals. Something I would like to point out that not many people consider before complaining.

I was worried about having my baby down here in the valley., I wasn't wrong. I felt like a number here. After my second visit, I left due to rude staff and not feeling a connection with the dr. I gave her a chance because her office look nice and I was tired of looking for a good dr. Looks aren't everything.. sad Drs here in the valley treat patients like they're all on free healthcare. I have insurance! They don't take care of med records transfer either, wouldn't see me until I brought them.

During my delivery I felt like I received more compassion and enthusiasm from a pizza delivery person. I also felt that my csection was unnecessary and I was bullied into agreeing with her medical opinion.
