Dr Poole is one of the worst physicians I have had the misfortune of treating with. For her, the treatment of first resort is medication, no matter what the illness, especially with senior citizens. Her medication of choice is antidepressants. She admitted that her only purpose as an MD was to give out medication and to provide referrals. If you want a doctor who will treat you as an individual, she is not the one.

Dr Poole is a very empathetic doctor that cares about her patients. When my wife died, she and several of her staff attended her memorial service because they cared about my wife and about my physical and mental well being on loosing my wife of 57 years. Dr. Poole and her staff watch over me very closely especially during my recent bout heart and prostate cancer problems.

I appreciate Wellmed so much with Dr. Poole and Hilary RN. I have never had surgery before, but needed a hip replacement. They helped me through the surgery. They are God sent for me. I am just a country woman who needed to trust and trusted the right people.

Dr Poole has helped me to open up about issues I normally would keep to myself. She has stayed on top of my medical needs as well as making me feel like I matter and not just a number. If I had my way all my loved ones would come to her!

My regular visit with Dr. Poole was excellent. I was admitted promptly at the time my appointment was scheduled. The preliminaries were done efficiently, prior to Dr. Poole coming into her office to see me. Our conversation covered the issues concerning the lab work I had done the week before, but Dr. Poole had time to allow me to share the current issues in my life that affect my health. Upon leaving I received a copy of my visit and the dates for my next labs and Dr. visit.

Dr. Poole is a great Dr. she treats you like family and really cares about your health. She explains everything to you where you can understand. Dr. Poole and her staff are always available for my needs. I called in at 8:45 AM this morning and saw Dr. Poole at 11AM, She was very thorough in her questioning and explanations and prescribed a medication which I believe will help my condition.
