My Dad is in ICU on a ventilator and dialysis. He was a strong healthy man 10 days ago. He gave my mom an update today and was so condescending and rude. She needed a little compassion with her update. He said his lungs and kidneys aren’t working, what do you want me to do? We have been through hell the last few days. Two nights ago they told us he had minutes to live. In the end I know doctors don’t have control over people getting well. But he does have control over his words and his tone. Kindness is always key. My mom is on the verge of losing her husband and barely holding it together. There are so many great doctors. Choose one who is great and kind - not this one. We need to put doctors like this out of business. Now I know he could have been having a bad day...but I doubt it.

Love this doctor. His staff is excellent. I usually love the Doctor and not the staff. But this office is just perfect for me. Dr. Sawalha is so nice and friendly. I couldn't be more happy. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I recommend him to anyone needing a great pulmonary specialists. Everything I have needed is done in a timely.manner. I am seeing him for sleep apnea and find him very knowledgeable. You won't be sorry if you chose him as your physician.
