We are very pleased with Dr. Phillips. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. He is very good at what he does. He listens to his patients and their parents and answers your questions, then makes sure you understand what he said. We would recommend him to anybody needing a pediatric orthopedic surgeon.

My 9 y.o.. daughter's hand was hurting terribly. An MRI was scheduled at All Children's radiology. After a review of the results, he referred us to the Vascular Abnomolies Clinic at AC. When I called to make an appt, I was told they needed her records first (shouldn't the doctors office have known this??) I called the office and talked to Steve. I asked him to fax her records and emphasised that it was imperative to send them ASAP. He didn't. This resulted in a delay in treatment for her.

So hard to find an expert physician with an exceptional bedside manner everyday! Dr Lee Phillips gave our 3 yr old daughter his best care and attention when she presented with a finger injury. He eased the stress and concerns of two parents and a child with his expert knowledge and thorough bedside assessment/education. If you need a pediatric hand specialist, he is worth traveling from anywhere for! Thank you, Dr Phillips! As a bonus, his staff we worked with in Tampa went above and beyond too!
