Dr Ridge is very professional and the best doctor I have ever met. She does a thorough exam and diagnosed my condition that was missed by 3 other local neurologists. She is The Best!

I feel very comfortable discussing personal matters with her. She is very smart and gets things done for her patients!

I was nervous and scared about a stroke I experienced. She found out what caused it after the hospital did a cursory job and missed the problem. I feel I have been given a second chance. She makes something like the human brain understandable in a very professional and kind way.

Excellent experience. I have hope again

She listens and cares about getting me better. I was seen by 4 other neurologists who were rude and clueless. She spends whatever time is needed. I feel very blessed to know such a healer!
After taking us in late & during the first consultation, Dr. Ridge left the office to get fitted for eyeglass frames (in the middle of the consultation!). That eyeglass consultation took over 20 minutes. She justified the delay by saying she needs to see (needs her glasses), she is too busy to go to her eye doctor for her fitting, and her eye doctor made effort to come down to her Dr. Ridges office. There were other issues that call into question if patients truly come first.
in Kaneohe, HI |
After waiting three months for testing to be completed and results to come in, with no medical intervention for chronic pain whatsoever, Dr Ridge found that I did not have the condition she was testing for and put me on the medication for that condition anyway. I never waited fewer than two hours after my appointment time to see the doctor. She does not listen to the patient.

Dr. Ridge is not only a great Neurologist but a caring person. In my case, she has gone above and beyond what I normally expect from a physician. Not only has she effectively treated my neurological problems but supported me emotionally through a very difficult episode. Many thanks Dr. Ridge, you are a HERO to me and my family!
