Not at all happy with the service provided by Dr Nair and his office. I needed information regarding stopping my Xaralto for a outpatient procedure. His Physicians Assistant had discussed with me by phone to stop Xaralto 3 to 5 days prior and take a 81mg Aspirin during those days. When I called to ask them to fax that info to my Urologist they would not do so and that it was totally up to the Doctor doing the procedure to decide what to do. This is very disappointing - what a JOKE

Dr. Nair is exceptional. I have a condition that was difficult to diagnose and very atypical. Dr. Nair never gave up on trying to find out what was going on with my body no matter how frustrating it was. He's professional, caring and just an all around great doctor.

difficult to get a return phone call from my cardiologist. called over a month ago and have called 3 times since (each time I am put on hold for an enormous amount of time, or disconnected). Will try again, after 5 weeks, tomorrow.
