He knows what he is talking about. He reads peer reviewed journals for the latest evidence based practice. Very intelligent man.. He is spot on with my migraine diagnoses. Which most of my friends think I'm making up.

Was referred to this Dr. for an IME. Dr. Green & staff were friendly/professional. However, I am deeply disappointed w/his overall exam report. He failed to properly record history, & he reported "normal" exam results in some tests which he never performed on me ('intact to pin' for example). Also...more

Unfortunately many DDU patients don't understand the process or the complicated neurologic exam, particularly if they get denied. The exam is done complete as reported with as much objectivity as possible. For public consumption, DDU reimburses about half the current going rate for assessment, not particularly "lucrative". Our office feels a personal responsibility to assist the state in proper assessment of meaningful disability exams.

Unfortunately some patients present with their own agenda and demands for therapy. My efforts center around doing what is best for the patient. We are confronted occasionally however with the patient for which we can not help. There is no way of preventing a targeted negative review based on the patient's own desires for treatment that would result in a negative outcome. My heart goes out to such patients.
