Patient Comments (1)

Lack of interest in needs as a patient. Poor bedside manner. Lack of patience. Confrontational. Failed to show that he was knowledgeable or most importantly, truly interested in patient care. Unfortunate experience. Poor reflection on Venice hospital and staff.

I remember this person well. He was the son of a patient I was asked to see. This patient was a patient of one of my partners. The son attacked me as soon as I entered the room. He was frustrated that no one had seen him as of yet and took that frustration out on me. He was very aggressive and attempted to bully me. If it was not for the patient requesting that I continue to help him I would have excused myself and not evaluate him. I warned the primary service of the son's belligerent behavior.
