Dr. Cook was a wonderful doctor but, even after 5+ years in his excellent care, his (familial) staff became unprofessional and careless, suggesting I go elsewhere and find a new doctor if I didn't like their refusal to issue a 3-month quantity of blood pressure medication approved by my insurance...Read More
