Let's just say that the wait to see the doctor is incredible. This is a poorly run office. Stay away. Your family deserves better. They don't appreciate your time.
Our physicians do everything possible to provide the very best in medical care to our patients which means that some appointments may take longer than anticipated. Unfortunately, in any OB/GYN there are emergencies that arise and doctors are called to deliver a baby or perform an emergency surgery. If this occurs, we make it a priority to let the patients know that there is a delay so they have the option of waiting or rescheduling as we understand that everyone's time is valuable.

Excellent Doctor. You do have to wait a while to see her, (which can be frustrating when you're pregnant or busy) and some of the front office staff can be unprofessional; however, in a medical emergency or if you want a doctor who will take time to talk with you about things, Dr. Robbins is excellent. She remains calm and explains your options without pushing her opinion. She did an excellent job with my emergency c-section and I did not have any issues or complications afterward.

I have used Dr. Robbins for over 19 years. I only have praise for her. She delivered my 2 children, took care of me through ovarian cysts and other issues and last week performed a laparoscopic hysterectomy. She is thorough, caring and listens to her patients. As for the other reviewer complaining about the long wait--often a doctor gets called away to deliver a baby or surgeries run longer which throws off the schedule. If you see a doctor that delivers babies, you are likely to run into this.

I saw Dr. Robbins and the whole appointment took 2 HOURS!!!! It was my first appointment with her and probably my last. 2 hours for an initial appointment is ridiculous. Her nurse was sitting at the desk outside the room on her phone and I had to ask when the doctor was coming. I don't have that kind of time when I have a sitter at home.
