Dr Spier is too quick to recommend surgery without checking a patient's prior records. Beware, and get a second opinion before going under the knife. Dr. Spier made 'light' of major lung surgery, which I came to find out is unnecessary.

I went to Dr. Laurence Spier to have a nodule removed at Winthrop University Hospital in July 2017. He had Dr. Jessica Baer as his Anesthesiologist to do the intubation prior to surgery. In my opinion Dr Spier is the most competent dortor I have ever met. Beside being an exceptional doctor his bed side manner is reassuring, compassionate and knowledgeable. I owe my life to him.
