He had an eeg done on me. The lady who did the eeg was great. But there is a younger girl who works in the reception area and every time I call about any test results to speaks to me in a very rude tone. I hate calling their office and asking anything if she answers the phone.

Dr. Primack seemed to have no courtesy for my father as his patient. He talked to me with my father right next to us, as if he wasn't even there. His comments we very inconsiderate and he just really didn't seem very concerned with his welfare. Office staff were great, but he was borderline rude...more

I saw Dr. Primack for nerve damage and he did a nerve conduction study. He was very rude and impatient as if I was bothering him. The nerve conduction study revealed I had moderate nerve damage.
