If you don't have an easily identifiable condition, Dr. Higgins will not spend any time trying to assist with a diagnosis. For three appointments, he spent approximately 5 minutes with me.. total, so about 1 1/2 minutes per appointment. Find another Doctor.

In past 2-3 years Dr. Higgins has done 2 surgeries on my right shoulder and both went bad. First one was about re-attaching the partially torn supraspinatus he did that in faulkner hospital.
