She is sincere and recommends what is best for the patient, not her income. Surgery is the last option, but if needed, her record is impeccable and she is listed as the top neurosurgeon in West Palm Beach and well deserved. I had the benefit of working with her when helping children from Central/South America which she did for free because it wasn't about money, but about helping a suffering children . She was also in the news for miraculously saving a child with drive by gunshot wound in head. Search local news...you will see a TV broadcast regarding this child's incredible full recovery and perhaps had 10% survival rate. She is not just a neurosurgeon but an artist of life saving. I see one fake review in here...disregard that review as it probably is a jealous competitor since they mention names of others. The thing is, Dr Schwartz doesn't care about the competition, but rather saving lives. That is what I have learn when she provided these volunteer services. Thank you!

Dr. Schwartz has performed successful surgeries on my son (skull) and my husband (back) and always took the time to make sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. Dr. Schwartz even took time to explain my son's condition to his oral surgeon before wisdom teeth removal.. a consult the oral surgeon said was quite rare. Her staff assistant, Vicki, is kind and diligent in scheduling follow-up care. Trust in Dr. Schwartz and her staff will be well placed.

Dr Schwartz has been great so far with my ordeal-discovery of a brain tumor and the removal of it which was successful (benign) Still dealing with the recovery from the surgery with an issue with my cranium healing properly. Dr Schwarz has been great w/ follow up MRI and CT scan to review to see if my cranium is going to be ok. I’ve also lost 50% of my hair which started 12 weeks after my surgery to currently which is perplexing. She has changed my RX. Vicki is great at scheduling/referrals/RX

It's hard to try and put into words the gratitude, confidence and respect that my family has for Dr. Schwartz...Not five minutes after we met, Dr. Schwartz literally had my sons brain and life in her hands. It has been a little over eight weeks since my son's traumatic brain injury accident and surgery, and the words blessed and lucky are in our daily vocabulary now. We had no time for a second opinion...and we were blessed with the great luck of getting Dr. Schwartz to save our sons life.
