Over the years I have gone to three dermatologists, all very good. 2 are retired now. I was referred to Dr. Ploch in December 2018. I am 65 and paying for my younger years playing at the beach, fishing on the river, and lots of other outdoor activities. Since January I have seen Dr. Ploch several times. In my opinion, Dr. Ploch, Alexis, and all the other staff members I have dealt with at Georgia Dermatology are models of efficiency and compassion. The best way to summarize is this team has my trust and faith.

This was my first visit. Check in was completed quickly by efficient staff. Dr. Ploch saw me shortly afterwards and completed my full body scan thoroughly, addressing issues as she went. She "froze" one area of concern and biopsied another that was troubling. I was then sent home with verbal and written instructions on how to care for the wounds. Will be seeing her for follow up in a few weeks. Very good experience.

I was not impressed with this doctor at all. She came into the room for maybe 5 minutes. Talked to me like she was reading straight from a textbook. Wasn’t really interested in listening to the issues going on. She rushed through the visit and was a bit rude. Maybe she was having a bad day, I don’t know but she wasn’t very professional. This was my first visit and will definitely be my last!! The ladies at the front desk were very nice. I will be finding another doctor!!

HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ploch. I have worked for a dermatologist in the area and he lacks greatly in addressing cosmetic concerns compared with Dr. Ploch. She has also removed a cancerous spot for me and sutured it. She has been very thorough in providing resolutions to decrease the scar since it is visible. I have also had Botox with her and she is skillful with this procedure. Alexis is also incredibly professional, warm, and understanding...I always feel comfortable with both of them.

Had a great experience during my recent visit. I received a FULL skin check and had never had one before, although I've been seeing other dermatologists for over 20 years. Dr. Ploch was very thorough. She lectured me about coming in sunburned and talked about sunscreen, but I expected this from a dermatologist. I only had to wait about 10 minutes for my appointment. They seemed very busy and the waiting room was full. I would call in advance for an appointment if you need a specific day/time.

Dr. Ploch is very professional. She always answers my questions and I trust what she recommends for treatment. She does sometimes seem rushed. The only other thing is sometimes it takes longer than I think is normal to make a regular appointment because of the limited number of days the doctor is in the office. Happy overall and would highly recommend to others.

I am very impressed with this location and Dr. Ploch. Whoever made the appointment was so sweet and caring. I arrived early - no issues with signing in and doing paperwork. Within 15 minutes, I was called to the back. The nurse was so polite and sweet. When the Doctor came in she immediately introduced herself and made me comfortable. She explained every detail of what was being done and what she wanted me to do to help with the prevention of my issue. I absolutely would recommend Dr. Ploch.
