    Unlike most doctors she spends plenty of time talking to and getting to know/understand her patients and their medical issues/concerns! She's very thorough in explaining things and making sure her patients fully understand everything! I have no complaints or anything negative to say and I'd absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of a neurologist!

    Absolutely neglectful w my mom as her patient. Does not return calls when her patient is having horrific side effects from the new script she put her on with no explanation whatsoever for changing her original script! She does not care in my opinion regarding my mother. It’s easier for her to say she has Alzheimer’s or dimentia. That is how she has been treated. My mother has a history of having horrible side effects from certain meds. Dr Loss could care less!!

    Dr Loss was extremely thorough asking tons of questions that make you think. I could tell she really cared about what I said in response which was very refreshing. She answered all of my questions and then some. I look forward to working with her to relieve my symptoms.

    She is a phenomenal Dr very understanding coping with her patience always available so sad to know that she's no longer at Dent Institute of buffalo on Sheridan Drive
